(March 1, 2019) Corporate Coverage TPA is pleased to announce the recent merger with Innova Benefit Services located in Pittsburg, PA. The joining of forces with Innova Benefit Services will give us a stronger presence in the Western and Northeastern United States which will further strengthen our mission to be a truly national organization. Innova Benefit Services will be changing its name to Corporate Coverage TPA.
Corporate Coverage TPA is a third-party administration firm that services consumer directed health (CDH) plans including flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, medical expense reimbursement plans, and health reimbursement arrangements. We also specialize in COBRA administration, premium only, and ERISA wrap documents, required by the ACA.
